Don’t spend good money on something that a high percentage of the ingredient does NOT actually make it to the bloodstream. Check the bioavailabilty! Unless the ingredients are absorbable we do not get the benefit required even if the product contains what the label says.
Consider nutrient forms, supplement delivery system, disintegration time, dissolution percentage, time of day taken, interaction with drugs other supplements and food ….. eg
1. Enteric coating provides a protective layer on a tablet as it passes through the stomach. Once the tablet reaches the duodenum (small intestine) the coating reacts to the alkaline environment, strips away and the tablet contents are harmlessly released.
2. Some minerals can be manufactured in certain forms that are better absorbed such as the chelated form. Chelates enhance the passage of minerals through the intestinal wall lining into the blood, tissues and cells thus increasing total mineral bioavailability. They allow for greater amounts of minerals to enter the body than what the body would ordinarily allow.
3. With the regular form of L-Gluthathione the molecules are too big and they can’t penetrate your cell membrane walls – absorption is poor. The best vitamin supplements always include the reduced form. If your supplement contains L-Glutathione without the word ‘reduced’ next to it – you are probably not getting your money’s worth.
4. With probiotics, it’s all about survival. Probiotic organisms must survive three critical barriers to be of benefit to the consumer – the manufacturing process, time on the shelf, and most importantly, survive transit through the acidic environment of the stomach. DFH’s new Probiotic Synergy™ is formulated to handle all of the above, presented in moisture-resistant BIO-tract Probiospheres® that enhance stability and the ultimate delivery of probiotic organisms to the intestinal tract.

Don’t pay for anything that does not do the job in the first place. Whats the science behind it ? Check the referenced research!

Don’t pay a premium for a bunch of cheap things put together cheaply.
We can not expect to get the same benefits if the active ingredients in the clinical trials to prevent and treat diseases are not used..no matter how good the science is ….
Check the key ingredients, check its value.
